ECOBEST PANEL
The Ecobest system consists of prefabricated industrially produced panels that completely replace bricks for all wall infill needs in residential, industrial, and commercial constructions. It is ideal for those seeking masonry with the highest possible thermal insulation and durability using a system with high bioclimatic and environmental benefits. The reinforced Ecobest masonry is produced at our group’s A. Epiphaniou factory facilities in Limassol.
The ECOBEST reinforced masonry consists of two main parts:
- The expanded polystyrene core, which is non-toxic, non-hazardous, self-extinguishing, and chemically inert.
- The two high-strength galvanized meshes, interconnected with vertical pins (joints) that are spot-welded to them.
Ecobest wall panels are available in thicknesses ranging from 3 cm to 30 cm and in heights of up to 8 m, custom-made according to the architectural requirements of each project.

THERMAL INSULATION
Ecobest Masonry System offers a very low U-value (thermal transmittance coefficient), resulting in up to 50% energy savings for heating and cooling requirements compared to other thermal insulation systems. It provides significant cost savings in both electricity consumption and heating oil usage. Earthquake Resistant and Durable The reinforced Ecobest masonry system provides enhanced mechanical strength and greater absorption of seismic energy compared to traditional brick masonry. It significantly improves the building’s seismic performance while increasing its overall durability and sustainability.

Thanks to the lightweight design of Ecobest panels, the load of the masonry is reduced by up to 60% compared to conventional masonry systems. This significantly reduces the load on the building’s structural frame, contributing to improved structural performance in the event of an earthquake. Additionally, due to their low weight, no lifting equipment is required on site during installation.
