BRI is a high-temperature powder for use with brass rods as well as special nickel- and silver-alloyed brasses. Recommended for joining ferrous metals and/or large components that require extended heating cycles. Can be used with flame or induction brazing. Applied by brushing onto the base metal before heating. The powder can also be mixed with water to form a paste. Residues should be removed after brazing by brushing or rinsing with hot water.
