EVO® ALTA™ Baseworker™ Safety Helmet – Ratchet Adjustment – Ventilated – White

The new EVO® ALTA™ series offers comprehensive impact protection. The helmet, styled like a climbing helmet, features a specialized shell construction and internal padding for enhanced durability and shock absorption. Precise adjustments ensure a secure and stable fit, keeping the helmet firmly in place. Designed for maximum compatibility and accessory integration, the EVO® ALTA™ series is a customizable system with built-in attachment points, interchangeable front sections, and a choice of 4-point chin straps, suitable for a wide range of applications.

The EVO® ALTA™ Baseworker™ Vented meets mandatory impact absorption and penetration resistance specifications according to EN 12492. It is fully compliant with EN 397, including the chin strap which also meets EN 397 requirements. The 4-point chin strap is designed to release if caught or pulled. Additionally, the EVO® ALTA™ Baseworker™ Vented meets electrical insulation requirements in accordance with EN 50365:2002.

Characteristics

INTERCHANGEABLE FRONT SECTION
he EVO® ALTA™ series features a unique interchangeable front section. You can choose the integrated ID holder for workplace identification or the plain front section, ready for company logo printing. Both front sections allow the attachment of helmet lamps and other accessories.

COMPATIBILITY AND ACCESSORIES
The EVO® ALTA™ series maximizes compatibility and accessory options. The attachment points on the helmet shell allow secure fitting of ear protectors, face shields, eyewear straps, headlamps, and other accessories.

INTERGRATED PROTECTION
The EVO® ALTA™ provides all-around impact protection, with shock absorption at the top, sides, front, and rear. The helmet features an extended rear section for increased neck coverage.

CUSTOMIZED BRANDING
Helmets can be customized to align with your corporate identity. There is the option to print your company logo on the plain front panel, enhancing brand recognition and helping to deter theft. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply.

DOUBLE VENTILATION
Side and rear ventilation in the shell and liner reduce temperature by an average of 2–3 degrees. The EVO® ALTA™ Baseworker™ is also available in a non-vented version, offering electrical insulation in accordance with EN 397 440V.

EPP INTERNAL LINING
The EVO® ALTA™ features an internal liner for impact absorption and penetration protection. Made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), the liner is lightweight and ventilated for comfort.

The Revolution® Flex ratchet adjustment system secures the helmet without pressure points, providing maximum comfort. It comes equipped with a removable Chamlon™ cotton sweatband and is compatible with EVO® cooling strips for heat stress protection.

The harness system wraps around the head for enhanced stability, with an adjustable 4-point chin strap for added safety. The 3D Adjustment depth settings ensure the most precise fit achievable in a safety helmet.

4-POINT CHIN STRAP
The 4-point chin strap adjusts easily over the head. Its size and anchor point adjustments allow for a personalized fit across different head sizes, ensuring stability and greater comfort.
