A204 CuP7 rods, made from copper-phosphorus alloys, offer excellent flow properties and easily fill gaps. They are suitable for brazing copper and copper alloys, for joints operating between -20 °C and +150 °C. Not recommended for use in sulfurous environments or on Fe and Ni alloys. No flux is required for copper applications. Recommended for joints subject to vibration. Optimal gap: 0.075 – 0.2 mm.
