Cadmium-free silver brazing rod with low silver content. This alloy has excellent properties and a very high melting point. Suitable for brazing non-ferrous metals, copper, copper alloys, and copper pipes. Not recommended for sulfurous environments or Fe and Ni alloys. When joining copper-based materials (e.g., copper/brass), the use of flux paste is required. Typical applications include plumbing, electrical and electromechanical industries, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
