Description
Basic-type electrode for extremely hard-facing applications with deposition efficiency up to 235%. Suitable for build-up on both quenched and unquenched steels. Particularly recommended for the hard-facing of components exposed to heavy abrasion and moderate impact at temperatures of 600–650 °C. The deposited metal contains niobium, chromium, vanadium, and molybdenum carbides, providing hardness and excellent wear resistance, with a hardness of approximately 63 HRC or 670 Brinell. Apply no more than two layers.
