HYGROSMART®-BUILDING-45-THIXO is a high-tech, single-component, fiber-reinforced repair mortar specially modified to offer high strength, easy application, and excellent workability. It is ideal for repairing concrete defects, plaster, and masonry. It is also suitable for shaping gutters on rooftops.
It has excellent adhesion, very good mechanical properties, and pronounced thixotropic behavior. It allows the application of thick layers without cracking in a single coat on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
