Description
The Ni1 RC is a flux-cored rutile wire with nickel alloy, seamless, designed for single- or multi-pass welding. Its main features include excellent weldability in all positions, superior bead appearance, very low spatter, fast cooling, and easy slag removal. This wire maintains outstanding mechanical properties even at very low temperatures (-60°C). Post-weld heat treatment makes it particularly suitable for
offshore applications. The wire has been tested for CTOD at -10°C (14°F) and is suitable for use in offshore natural gas applications (HIC tested according to NACE TM-0284).
