Description
The electrode is suitable for virtually all types of welding of stainless steels, specifically 18 Cr / 8 Ni / 2.5 Mo. Its main applications include welding of sheets, pipes, and filling of castings with the chemical composition mentioned. The BELINOX-316, with rutile coating, offers easy ignition, clean welds with excellent appearance, and slag that separates effortlessly. The arc should be kept as short as possible to achieve welds free of porosity and spatter.
