Most painted interior or exterior surfaces face moisture problems due to condensation or leaks. Paints tend to absorb water, creating an ideal environment for the growth of mold and other microorganisms. Cleaning these surfaces with common household cleaners (e.g. bleach) not only fails to sterilize the surface from resistant fungal spores, but can also contribute to their spread to previously unaffected areas.

DeSalin™ AM It is a powerful water-based fungicide and preservative, ideal for applications on interior or exterior walls. It acts broadly against mold, bacteria, and microorganisms. It does not simply clean contaminated walls, but functions as an effective biocide that permanently eliminates surface black spots caused by microorganisms.

Ideal for the maintenance of interior surfaces with high humidity levels, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, as well as for improving the hygiene conditions of these areas. It also protects exterior surfaces such as tiles, stone, and poolside edges. Suitable for application on both painted and unpainted masonry surfaces.

Interior and exterior masonry, cementitious surfaces, etc.

Application Instructions

STEP 1 : Apply DeSalin™ with a brush AM, undiluted, over the entire surface showing mold and black spots.

STEP 2: After 24 hours, scrub with a sponge and rinse with water.

STEP 3: Apply an even coat and allow to dry for 4-6 hours. | For one part product, dilute by adding 4 parts water.
